PageIntake is still in development. Our full Terms of Service will be published here before launch. Until then, joining the waitlist or contacting us doesn't create an account or a paid subscription.

What the terms will cover

• Accounts. Who can sign up, and how agency accounts and team members work.
• Plans and billing. Monthly plans, payments, and cancellations.
• Your content. You and your clients own what you upload. We use it only to run the service.
• Acceptable use. What you and your clients can and can't upload or do.
• Data processing. A data processing addendum for your clients' personal data.
• Subprocessors. The service providers we use to store and deliver your data.
• Termination. How accounts are closed and data is deleted.
• Liability. The limits of our responsibility.
• Governing law. The laws of the Republic of Korea.
