Privacy Policy

PageIntake ("we") is operated by Centis in the Republic of Korea. This policy follows Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and explains how we handle personal information on pageintake.com. PageIntake is still in development, so this policy covers the website, the waitlist, and the contact form. We'll update it before the product launches.

1. Personal information we collect

• Waitlist: email address.
• Contact form: name, email address, and message.
• Collected automatically: IP address, browser type, access logs, and pages visited, processed by our hosting provider to deliver and protect the site and to count visits.

2. Why we use it

• To notify you when PageIntake launches, if you joined the waitlist.
• To respond to your inquiry, if you contacted us.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
• To count visits in aggregate so we can improve the site.

We don't use your personal information for any other purpose, sell it, or use it for advertising.

3. How long we keep it

• Waitlist: until we announce the launch, or until you ask us to remove you.
• Contact form: up to one year after we resolve your inquiry.
• Access logs: as long as our hosting provider needs them for security.

If a law requires us to keep information longer, we keep it only for that period and purpose.

4. Sharing with third parties

We don't provide your personal information to third parties, unless you agree to it or a law requires it.

5. Service providers and overseas transfers

We entrust some processing to the service providers below. They store data outside Korea, so your information is transferred overseas over encrypted connections whenever you use the website. Each provider keeps it only until our retention period ends or our contract with them ends.

You can refuse overseas transfer by not joining the waitlist or not using the contact form. If you refuse, we can't notify you of the launch or reply to your inquiry.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete, or stop processing your personal information. Email support@pageintake.com and we'll act on your request without delay. Every launch email will also include a link to unsubscribe. You can make a request through a representative, such as a legal guardian or someone you authorize.

7. How we destroy it

When the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, we destroy personal information without delay. Electronic files are deleted in a way that can't be restored.

8. How we protect it

• Data is encrypted in transit.
• Access to personal information is limited to the people who need it.
• We use access controls and monitor for unauthorized access.

9. Cookies

This website doesn't use cookies for analytics or advertising. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites.

10. Children

PageIntake is built for businesses. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
