Product overview
All your client content, in one place.
No more digging through emails, chats, and shared drives. Your client fills in each page, you review and approve every piece, and it's all waiting in one place.
- 01
Request by page
Pick a template, set the fields each page needs, and send your client one link.
- 02
Client fills it in
Your client opens the link and knows exactly what to do. No walkthrough, no back-and-forth.
- 03
Review and approve
Approve what's right. Comment on what's not, and only that field goes back.
- 04
Build with it
Download approved files sorted by page, or send them straight to the apps you already use.
Why PageIntake?
Built for the way agencies work.
Email threads, chat messages, and shared folders scatter your client's content. PageIntake keeps every page, every file, and every approval in order.
Made for websites, not forms
Requests follow pages and sections, so what comes back is ready to build with. No reshuffling before design starts.
Answers, not documents
Clients answer short, specific questions for each field instead of writing a whole document. Facts and files are enough.
Every project at a glance
See progress, what's waiting on review, and what's overdue across every client, without opening a single inbox.
Preview before you send
See exactly what your client will see, on desktop and mobile, before the link goes out.
Repeatable groups
Clients add as many entries as they need. No fixed number of fields to guess in advance.
Emails from your agency
Client emails go out under your agency's name, and replies land in your inbox.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
When does PageIntake launch?
We're building it now. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the day it opens.
Do my clients need an account?
No. They open your link, fill in each page, and upload files, even from their phone. Anyone with the link can open it, so share it only with your client. You can reset it anytime.
Do clients count toward my plan?
No. Every plan includes unlimited clients. Only your team counts as users.
What can clients upload?
Any file type. Images can be up to 25MB, videos up to 500MB, and other files up to 250MB.
How do I get the content out?
Download approved content as a ZIP, organized by page and section, with text in a CSV. Paid plans can also send it to your tools.
What counts as an active project?
Every project except archived ones. Archive a finished project to free up a slot.
